Scope & Content Political flyer, 3.5" x 5.25", announcing candidates for various positions with the Town of Cape Elizabeth. Date unknown. We have been unable to date this as it appears this ticket was not successful. It is pre-1898 when South Portland became a city.
Candidates include John A.S. Dyer for Town Clerk; Elisha N. Jordan, Eliphalet C. Robinson, and Freeman Willard for own Selectmen; George M. Stanwood for Town Treasurer; Stephen Scamman for Town Collector; Henry C. Hill for School Committee; E. Malcolm Robinson for Town Auditor; John Q.A. Jordan for Town Agent; and the following for Town Constables: Howard E. Dyer, Enos T. Benner, Hayden P. Barrett, Daniel Graffam, Andrew J. Cash, James Parker, Jr., and Austin R. Skinner.
