1903 deed - Fickett family sells land to William J. White and Martin B. Doyle. The lot was formerly part of the George H. Fickett homestead farm. Recorded at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in book 737, page 94. This is the deed for the land on which Whitehall was built at 344 Summer Street. The street was renamed and renumbered in 1928; this address became 894 Broadway, South Portland, Maine. 1906 deed - Martin B. Doyle selling his share of the land, with the building now upon it, to William J. White. Recorded at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in book 798, page 107. |
