Parking ticket from the South Portland Police Department, Maine. These were the 2nd style of parking tickets used by Patrolman Louis H. Brown when he worked for the SPPD from 1960 to 1990. Identified the police headquarters as being located at 30 Anthoine Street. Ticket was designed as an envelope so the fee could be mailed to the police department. This is a two-part ticket; both would need to be filled out, but the top copy would be torn off and kept by the police officer, leaving the bottom copy/envelope for the vehicle. |
