Photo on page 10 shows the Maine National Guard Armory building on Monroe Street in Ferry Village - the building was later turned over the City of South Portland and was commonly known as the Union Gymnasium. The gym was used for basketball and other recreational activities, including use of the rifle range in the basement. |
