Description |
Spanner at 2 months old, 1952. He was born on December 1, 1951. Spanner was a Dalmatian that lived at the Engine 5 fire station at Cash Corner. Spanner would go to Lano's Market next door with money for his food under his collar. He would return to the station with a can of dog food. Spanner was one of several dog mascots at the South Portland Fire Department over the years. |
