Building No. 206, Offices - Planning & Assembly, New England Shipbuilding Corporation, South Portland, Maine. Building was located on the corner of Madison Street and Cushing Court. Building was formerly a residence with an address of 12 Front Street, then renamed to 12 Cushing Street. Building is now known as the Cushing's Point House; it was donated by Portland Pipe Line Corporation to the South Portland Historical Society in 2009. The historical society moved the building on February 14, 2009, to its current home in Bug Light Park. Now home to the historical society and its Cushing's Point Museum. |
