Description |
A.J. Cash store in Cash Corner. The store was located on the eastern corner of Cash Corner where the vacant Capitol Cash Register building is now located, next to One Stop Party Shoppe. This mercantile grocer business was established in 1882 by Andrew J. Cash, Sr. He brought his oldest son, Andrew J. Cash, Jr., into the business as a partner. Just before Andrew Sr. died in 1892, he turned over his share in the business to his other son, Alphonso P. Cash. |
