Hull number 386 under construction on July 16, 1918, at the Cumberland Shipbuilding yard in South Portland, Maine. Ship was constructed for the Emergency Fleet Corporation. Note on photo indicates a new shipbuilding record - 60 men had worked 58 hours to complete all square frames, stern post and 60 feet of keelson. |
